Treasurer’s office has two offices open to walk-in customers.
Walk-in customers
The Treasurer’s office South location is now open to walk-in customers. Visit Qless to get in line at our Downtown or South location, please wait in your vehicle until you receive a text that a clerk is ready.
The Downtown office is at 1100 Massachusetts St and South location is at 2000 W 31st St.
To get in line you need to sign into QLESS

Transactions by mail or drop box
We continue to encourage plate renewals to use ikan.ks.gov. If you are unable to process these online you will need to mail your plate renewal paperwork or use our drop box.
The drop boxes are located at 1100 Massachusetts St and 2000 W 31st St.

Payments - We are only accepting checks, money orders, cashier’s check, or credit cards. Payment by cards will need to have a credit card authorization form filled out.
