Maintenance consists of four groups:
- Fairgrounds Crew takes care of several locations by providing complete lawn care, cleaning sidewalks and steps of ice and snow, and repairing and improving buildings at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
- Maintenance Crew is responsible for care and upkeep of all the County buildings.
- Custodial Crew keeps the County buildings clean.
- Administration provides supervision of all the crews. Administration also makes reservations for groups who want to use the facilities at the Fairgrounds.
